Q8. How are winners selected?

A8. Level 2 and 3 Prize winners are selected via 'Open Winning Moments'. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after a winning moment will win one of the available Instant Win Prizes. If no one enters at a winning moment, the Prize rolls over to the next valid entry. The Winning Moments have been pre-allocated using a computer-generated algorithm and are randomly seeded throughout the promotional period.

Level 1 prize will be awarded via a random prize draw.

Q9. How will I know if I have won?

A9. If you have won a Level 2 or 3 prize, you will be notified immediately on screen. If you have won the Level 1 prize, you will be notified by phone or email by 28 January 2027.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials and voucher terms displayed at redemption and on gift card. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility:

Entry is open to residents of United Kingdom and Mutti products purchased in the UK market only, aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Mutti, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Promotional Period:

Internet access, a valid email address, smartphone, mobile number and purchase are required for entry. To enter the Promotion, you must purchase a qualifying Mutti product either Mutti Polpa 4 pack and Mutti Peeled 4 pack between 00:00:00 12th October 2026 and 23:59:59 4th January 2027. Late Entry Draw opens between 00:00:00 5th January 2027 & closes 23:59:59 24th January 2027. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. Prize draw for level 1 prize 26th January 2027. Late Entry Draw for unwon level 2 & 3 prizes and 1 of 10 eVouchers up to the max value of £5.95 on the 26th January 2027.
The promotion is limited to one entry per email address/mobile number and receipt per day. Max 1 prize per level, per person. For the avoidance of doubt, a person is defined by email, phone number and unique physical receipt.

There are 2,052 prizes available to be won in total. 1 prize available via a prize draw on the 26th January 2027. Plus 2,051 prizes available to be won via open winning moments but may not all be claimed. Plus 10 prizes available to be won in the Late Entry Draw.
1. Level 1 Prize is 1 x food experience, trip to Parma Italy which comprises of:
  1. A trip to Parma, Italy for 2 people for 5 nights including 4* accommodation, return economy flights to Bologna (dates chosen by winner, but limited as per point iii below), car hire for a driver aged 25+ with a clean UK licence, a Parma half day food tour excursion and a cooking class with the Italian chef Carlo Casoni.
  2. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by the Promoter. No other prize substitutions are permitted except at the Promoter’s discretion. The prizes are not transferable.
  3. Special travel conditions. Bank Holidays in the UK and Italy are excluded as travel dates. There is a pre-booking period of at least 6 weeks. There is no entitlement to carriage on a specific date or by a specific airline. The cost of petrol or diesel (rental car) will be borne by the winners themselves. Costs for arrival and departure to the departure airport will be borne by the winner themselves. The trips are bookable subject to availability. The winner of the trip is responsible for keeping all identification documents, booking confirmations, etc. necessary for the start of the trip. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize. The travel conditions of the respective tour operator apply. The trip can be redeemed up to 12 months from the prize being given.
  4. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that their guest is in possession of a valid passport/visa for any country you are to visit. Neither the Promoter nor the appointed travel provider can accept liability for participants who cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation. Travellers must be owners of a ten-year passport that is valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for any COVID-19 related testing or restrictions required by the winner. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they follow any COVID- guidelines, including but not limited to any quarantine or isolation related costs. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they adhere to all/any COVID-19 related protocol.
2. Level 2 Prize: 1 of 50 Mutti Italian Hampers available to be won via predetermined open winning moments. Each box will consist of the following:

3. Level 3 Prize: 2,001 eVouchers up to the maximum value of £5.95 available to be won via predetermined open winning moments.
The Level 1 prize draw winner will be electronically drawn at random from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winner. The winner will be notified by email or phone before 28th January 2027. A reserve winner will be contacted if the Level 1 prize remains unclaimed after seven days, after which it will be forfeited. A maximum of 5 reserve winners will be contacted in total for the Level 1 prize.
The Level 2 prize winners will find out online instantly on screen if they have won. Winners will be required to respond to the SMS win notification in order to claim their prize with their first name, last name, and postal address. Winners that do not respond to the winners’ email notification within 7 days to claim their Mutti Italian Hamper will forfeit their prize.
The Level 2 & 3 winners will be selected randomly via predetermined winning moments (hours, minutes, seconds) between the hours of 7am and midnight throughout the promotional period. The first entrant to enter their details or make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a Winning Moment will be awarded a prize.
Level 2 & 3 winners will find out online instantly on screen if they have won. Winners will be required to respond to a text message win notification within 7 days by clicking on the link to complete a claim form to claim a dinner box prize or to activate and redeem their eVoucher prize. Winners that do not respond to the winners’ text win notification to claim their prize will forfeit their prize.
Level 3 claimants must redeem their eVoucher in their chosen store between 12/10/26 - 18/01/27. eVouchers cannot be redeemed in petrol stations or online. Winners will receive a confirmation text with a unique link to download their eVoucher on their smartphone within 7 calendar days of their win. It is the responsibility of the claimant to supply the correct mobile number. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of a prize caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control. Consumers must ensure that they are connected to the internet before accessing the text link as the eVoucher will automatically appear once activated, the claimant will have 30 minutes to use the eVoucher to be redeemed therefore it is recommended to only activate their eVoucher once in store at the tillpoint. Text links are unique and can only be accessed once. The eVoucher is subject to its own terms and conditions. eVouchers are redeemable in store only and at participating retailers; ASDA, Morrisons (excluding Morrisons daily), Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose. eVouchers are limited to one activation per mobile number. If a Level 2 & 3 Prize is declined, or a winner is disqualified following notification that they have won, that level 2 or 3 winner will be forfeited, and their prize will be re-awarded in the Late Entry draw on the 26th January 2027.
The Late Entry draw will be electronically drawn from all valid entries received during the late entry draw by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
Winners must use their legal name when entering and claiming a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner who uses multiple names, email addresses or phone numbers and require them to return any prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter will require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
The surnames and counties of Level 1 and Level 2 prizes shall be available upon request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to ‘Mutti Tomatoes (8708)’ PO Box 906, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR by no later than 28th May 2027. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a winner his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the following email address: hello@winwithmutti.co.uk. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter’s appointed agency may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s).
Where the Winner(s) has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or prize winner in question.
The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prize winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing in these terms shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider(s).
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. Subject to clause 17, The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Mutti and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion.
